The Partners at LMRM are responsible for most of the firm’s clients and serve as the lead attorneys on all legal matters handled by the firm. The Partners are also responsible for decision making with respect to all firm operations and personnel matters.
The Senior Counsel at LMRM bring a wealth of experience and subject matter expertise to the firm. These individuals are highly experienced lawyers who have had long careers and are now able to be less engaged in the day-to-day practice of law while serving as subject matter experts.
The Associates at LMRM support the Partners across all different practice areas. Associates handle most of the fundamental tasks involved in the legal matters handled by the firm. They are not as seasoned practitioners as the Partners or Senior Counsel but are working hard and learning as much as they can, so that they can one day grow to become Partners at the firm.
