Jeff Lacy

Jeff Lacy, a founding partner of the firm, is a litigator and problem solver. For more than thirty years, he has dedicated his practice to representing insurance companies, entrepreneurs, and businesses of all sizes across a wide variety of industries in state and federal courts throughout Texas.

Mr. Lacy’s vast experience and proven track record of success in front of judges and juries at every trial court level of the Texas judicial system has led many companies to turn to Mr. Lacy as lead counsel for their Texas-based litigation.

In addition to Mr. Lacy’s business litigation practice, he also serves as defense counsel for some large insurance carriers and general counsel for many residential HOAs. Mr. Lacy is also active in the community serving organizations such as the Colleyville Lions Club and Mid-Cities Care Corps.

Outside of the office, Mr. Lacy enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife, Gina, and their two children.

Mr. Lacy is admitted to practice law before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Western and Eastern Districts of Texas, all Texas state courts, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
