Justin Malone, a founding partner, and the managing partner of the firm, primarily focuses on advising growing companies on matters affecting business strategy and operations. Mr. Malone often counsels entrepreneurs and investors on business formation, deal structure, and governance and regularly guides business buyers and sellers through mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Malone also has broad experience in litigation and business disputes relating to contracts, business divorces/ownership disputes, and employment matters.
Additionally, Mr. Malone works with successful families and individuals to prepare estate plans and succession plans that help preserve, grow, and facilitate the transfer of their personal and business interests to future generations.
Mr. Malone’s diverse background and pragmatic approach to all legal and business dealings has established him as a trusted strategic partner and reliable problem solver for business leaders in the construction, consumer products, healthcare, manufacturing, real estate, and technology industries.
In addition to his busy law practice, Mr. Malone is also active in the community as a Trustee of Fort Worth Christian School, a member of the Board of Directors of Lena Pope, and member of the Board of Directors of Accelerate Fort Worth (Chairman since 2020). Mr. Malone is also a frequent speaker on various business law topics.
When not practicing law or supporting his favorite nonprofit organizations, Mr. Malone loves spending time with his wife, Katelyn, and their four children.
