Mary Louise (M.L) Menefee began her legal practice at Haynes & Boone, LLP, first as an associate in the real estate and banking section of the Dallas office and later in the Fort Worth office. Her primary responsibility was representing banking institutions in real estate transactions. Ms. Menefee later worked for the office of Stenholm & Douglas, PC, in Fort Worth, where she assisted clients with real estate transactions and defaulted property tax loan enforcement. Her experience included the commercial development and leasing of numerous shopping centers and office buildings in Texas. Since 2023, Ms. Menefee has been Of Counsel at Lacy Malone, where she concentrates on real estate and corporate matters.
